    I've just placed an order, when will it arrive?

    We aim to get all orders out same day if ordered before 3pm. All of our orders go out on our next day delivery service. Remember to check your tracking number for important shipping updates.

    I've just entered a competition, how do I know if I've won?

    Please check the competition closing date. As soon as the competition has closed, the winner will be announced via our trusted third-party site RandomPicker.com. All entrants receive an email with the results and a link to the official draw protocol to verify their entries.
